Staff Development

AEC’s ongoing commitment to staff development continues. Fingers crossed to those who recently sat their S301, S301 oral and P402 examinations and who are waiting their results, good luck one and all!

Congratulations also to Neil Davey, Darren Evans and Vicky Lovatt for their recent promotions.

Neil is now AEC’s Quality Manager, and is responsible for monitoring and implementing staff training requirements and ensuring survey standards are maintained at the current high levels.

Darren Evans has been promoted to Operations and Technical Manager, with overall responsibility of the site team.

Vicky Lovatt is now AEC’s Major Projects Manager, responsible for our major projects which consist of Local Authorities, Blue Chip companies, and multiple building owners on a daily basis.
