Summary: This module provides a background and an overview of the risk of Legionella infection and how it can be controlled in evaporative cooling and other high-risk type systems.

Qualification: On successful completion delegates will be able to demonstrate practical skills in:

  • The monitoring of high-risk water systems and how to control Legionella infection.
